IBP Home Realty L.L.C S.O.C is a licensed real estate brokerage operating under the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) of the Dubai Land Department. RERA ORN: 50816 Trade License: 1500333 All property transactions facilitated by IBP Home Realty are conducted in compliance with RERA regulations, the Dubai Real Estate Law (Law No. 7 of 2006), and applicable DLD requirements. Off-plan projects marketed by IBP Home Realty are registered with the DLD under valid Oqood registrations.

As a licensed real estate broker, IBP Home Realty is classified as a Designated Non-Financial Business and Profession (DNFBP) under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 on Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism, and its Implementing Regulation (Cabinet Decision No. 10 of 2019). We are required to conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) — including verifying your identity, and, where applicable, your beneficial ownership, Politically Exposed Person (PEP) status, and source of funds — before facilitating certain property transactions, and to report suspicious activity to the UAE's Financial Intelligence Unit. By engaging our services for a transaction, you agree to provide accurate identification and supporting documents as reasonably requested, including on behalf of any company or entity you represent.

You agree that inquiries, consents, and communications submitted through this website (including electronic forms and WhatsApp messages) are legally valid and enforceable in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services. Electronic records maintained by IBP Home Realty in the ordinary course of business shall be admissible as evidence of your interactions with us, absent manifest error. Where a document relates to property located in Greece, its electronic execution is additionally recognised under Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (eIDAS) on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market.

By completing and signing one of these documents — whether in person with an agent or remotely via a link sent to your email and, where applicable, verified by a one-time passcode — you agree that: • Your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature on a paper original of that document • Any declarations you check or confirm on the document (including consent to receive property information, confidentiality, and data protection declarations) are binding representations you have made to us • The document may be relied upon by IBP Home Realty and, where relevant, third parties (such as a property owner or counterparty) as evidence of the arrangement it records • Where the document concerns property in Greece, it is prepared under, and its substantive terms are governed by, the law applicable to real estate brokerage mandates in Greece, and is issued under our Greek entity, IBP Home Realty Solutions & Construction Group MON I.K.E., rather than IBP Home Realty L.L.C S.O.C If you believe a document was signed in error, or requires correction, contact us at info@ibp.ae, or — for a Client Consent form still pending your signature — use the "Request Changes" option provided in the document review flow before signing.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms, and to your use of this website generally, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, save where mandatory consumer protection law under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere. This governing-law clause covers your use of the website itself. It does not apply to the substantive terms of a signed Owner's Mandate or Property Indication Form concerning property in Greece, which — as described in Section 8 — is governed by the law applicable to real estate brokerage mandates in Greece.
